Welcome to Ayodhya Cabs by Amrit Sunshine. By submitting a cab enquiry or booking a private tourist cab with us, you agree to the following terms and operational conditions.

1. Nature of Website & Fare Estimates

All fares, rates, and package fees displayed across this website are indicative estimates designed for customer planning and enquiry purposes. They do not constitute a legally binding live contract until an exact itinerary and vehicle category have been mutually agreed upon and confirmed in writing via our official WhatsApp line (+91 9035000851) or email.

2. Tolls, Parking & Applicable Charges

Unless explicitly stated in your written confirmation:

Highway toll booth charges and airport parking fees are typically payable by the customer as actuals, or included as an itemized total in your quotation.
Night driving allowances apply for journeys commencing before 06:00 AM or extending past 10:00 PM.
State border entry tax permits (when crossing Uttar Pradesh borders into Bihar, MP, or Delhi NCR) are clarified in the written quotation.

3. Seating and Luggage Capacity

Passengers must adhere to the authorized seating capacity of the booked vehicle according to Indian Regional Transport Office (RTO) guidelines. Overloading beyond registered seat limits is strictly prohibited by law.

4. Ayodhya City Traffic & Temple Zone Regulations

Due to high pilgrim footfalls and security protocols in Ayodhya, the local administration or police frequently implement vehicle diversions or restricted pedestrian-only zones around Shri Ram Janmabhoomi, Hanuman Garhi, and Ram Ki Paidi.

Our chauffeurs will drop and pick up passengers at the nearest legally accessible parking stands or security checkpoints designated by city authorities.

5. Delays, Force Majeure & Road Conditions

While we take every precaution to ensure prompt pickups, we cannot be held liable for delays arising from severe highway congestion, VIP motorcades, unforeseen road closures, extreme weather (such as winter fog in North India), or mechanical breakdowns where prompt replacement vehicles are arranged.

6. Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from transportation services provided by Ayodhya Cabs by Amrit Sunshine shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh, India.
