Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

At Ayodhya Cabs by Amrit Sunshine, we understand that pilgrimage itineraries, train schedules, and flight timings may change. We maintain a flexible, transparent cancellation policy for our guests.

1. Free Rescheduling

You may reschedule your travel date or pickup time without administrative penalty, provided you notify our dispatch team on WhatsApp (+91 9035000851) at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled reporting time (subject to vehicle availability on the new date).

2. Airport Transfer Flight Delays

If your arrival flight into Ayodhya (AYJ), Lucknow (LKO), or Varanasi (VNS) is delayed by the airline, no cancellation or penalty fee applies as long as our team is updated with your revised flight status. Our drivers track live flight status when flight numbers are provided.

3. Cancellation Guidelines

• Local Sightseeing & Airport Transfers: Cancellations made 24 hours or more before scheduled pickup time incur no cancellation charges. Cancellations made within 4 hours of vehicle dispatch may incur a nominal base mobilization fee.
• Multi-Day Outstation & Pilgrimage Tours: Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the tour departure date incur zero cancellation charges. For cancellations made within 24 hours after a dedicated vehicle and chauffeur have been locked and held, any advance booking deposit covers driver allocation expenses.
